You may have already heard it from The Huffington Post or The Knot, but average wedding costs reached an all-time high in 2012 of $28,427. We did a little more research and found out how weddings measure up across the country. There’s variation between the size and scope of American weddings – a Northeastern wedding, for example, has the biggest big day budget with nearly the smallest guest list. We discovered who the big spenders are and the average cost and size of weddings across the United States.
