It was interesting to see that of the 8 billion dollars, half of that was spent on the TTC, Toronto Employment and Social Services, Shelter Support and Housing Administration, and Toronto Water. TTC spending increased nearly $200 million between 2009 and 2011. In 2011 the Toronto Public Library spent $180 million.
