Relations between links are created by common tags, and the tags are the ones people are using when tagging those sites on Delicious.com

There are two views: network and comparison. The second is available when a group of nodes are selected, and allows to see the differences in how people perceive each site compared to the others (image attached).

Data is downloadable and will be constantly updated.
