2012 Visualizing Global Marathon - Challenge 2

2012 Visualizing Global Marathon - Challenge 2

The goal of this application is to visualize the passenger traffic for flights between 1990 and 2010. The airport for witch data is requested can be selected from a list, and all the airports related appear around the two circles. The airport names are arranged in a way that the most traffic there is, the closer they are from the selected one. The left circle is used to see the departing passengers traffic, and the right one is for the arrivals. The gradient colors of the graphs allows the comparison of the traffic from 1990 to 2010.
Please note that this is only a demonstration witch is not fully interactive and don't contain the complete dataset.
